The High Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, New Delhi, had the honor of welcoming the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed today to its premises. 

Upon arrival, H. E. Ambassador Ahmed was received by the Acting High Commissioner, Mr. Ubong Akpan Johnny, who personally led him through the Mission, highlighting the High Commission's work and its commitment to representing Nigeria's values and interests.

H. E. Ambassador Ahmed's visit underscored diplomacy moving from paper to practice, providing space for thoughtful exchanges on how international relations adapt to an evolving global landscape. He also held open discussions with High Commission officials, reflecting on the nuances of their work while navigating the challenges and opportunities that shape foreign services today. 

The visit concluded with H. E. Ambassador Ahmed encouraging High Commission officials to continue their endeavours in building stronger bridges of understanding, reaffirming the importance of sustained dialogue and collaboration in advancing mutual interests.
